The HCTA is fully aware of its duty to serve the causes of higher education and the society with all its might and our members are playing glorious roles to fulfill such commitments.

The website is designed to keep our members informed of the developments. This is a tremendous mode of communication and I am happy the website culture is fast increasing among our members. I see this website as an investment. The more we add to it, the more useful it will be to us now and in the future. We need to improve the facility further and work to encourage all teachers to visit it regularly.
